Teacher – El-Fujairah, UAESalary: 1800We are looking for an experienced and committed Teacher to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be a passionate educator who can motivate and inspire students, while providing them with the tools to achieve their educational goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, the teacher must be organized and able to plan effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.ResponsibilitiesEstablish a positive learning environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinkingPrepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handoutsPlan and execute lessons in line with curriculum objectivesFacilitate student understanding of course material by using a variety of instructional techniquesAssess student performance through exams, quizzes and other assessmentsMonitor students’ progress in order to provide early intervention when neededMaintain accurate records of grades for each studentParticipate in school activities such as extracurricular events, faculty meetings, and parent meetingsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferredAt least two years of teaching experience; experience teaching English as a Second Language is preferredKnowledge of best practices in educationAbility to plan effective lessons that meet the needs of all studentsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work with diverse groups of peoplePassionate about inspiring studentsExcellent communication skillsAbility to stay current with new trends in education#J-18808-Ljbffr
