The role includes handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to meet guest needs.Manage guest complaints and elevate when necessary.Ensure compliance with Accor service standards.Qualifications & SkillsSaudi nationality (mandatory).Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 1 year experience in Front Office or Customer Service.Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.Ability to work in shifts (morning, evening, night).Knowledge of Opera PMS or equivalent hotel systems is an advantage.Qualifications & Additional InformationTamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.Basic English skills are a must.Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
