This program provides full-time employment opportunities with a structured development track.You will join the company as a permanent employee from day one, placed in a department that matches your academic background and where you see yourself growing. The program lasts for 12 months, during which you’ll gain real on the job experience, mentorship, and professional skills.What is next?After successfully completing the one-year program, you’ll transition into an integrated full-time employee role with adjusted salary, standard working hours, and expanded responsibilities.This is a long-term career opportunity built to help you grow confidently within the organization.Program Details:Eligibility: UAE NationalsEmployment Type: Permanent (from day one)Program Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Dubai, UAEDuring the Talent Pool Year:Monthly Salary: AED 10,000Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hours/day)Placement: Based on academic background and career interestsDevelopment: On-the-job training, mentorship, and practical experienceAfter Completion of the Program:Monthly Salary: AED 14,000Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMRole: Fully integrated with the department and long-term responsibilitiesAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
