Talent Acquisition Specialist (British or European)We provide our clients with a corporate culture that isdistinguished by the ability to meet the needs and requirements ofcustomers quickly and provide a comfortable environment for ourclients to facilitate the property acquisition process with the mostsecure, rewarding, and trouble-free service possible.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Recruitment Planning:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.Job Posting:Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.Sourcing:Leverage various sourcing methods & job boards, social media, and networking & to find qualified candidates.Screening:Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.Interviewing:Carry out in-depth interviews focusing on candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Offer Extension:Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.Onboarding:Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hires’ integration into the company.Employer Branding:Promote the company’s reputation as an attractive employer through various channels.Talent Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.Recruitment Metrics:Prepare regular recruitment reports highlighting key metrics and recruitment progress.Coaching:Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers in the selection process by identifying candidate strengths and weaknesses.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.Experience:2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the real estate industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
