These include notable home-grown brands such as Sun & Sand Sports, Dropkick, Supercare Pharmacy, Farm Fresh, Klassic, and international brands like Nike, Columbia, Converse, Timberland, Vans, Mama Sita's, and McCain.Job SummaryThe job holder is responsible for accurately preparing the monthly payroll and ensuring that employees are paid on time while maintaining confidentiality of all salary related information.Core ResponsibilitiesMaintains and verifies payroll information and processes monthly payrolls in SAP for all functions and as per policyCalculates salary modifications for all employee earnings and deductions such as increments, unauthorized absences, lateness and unpaid leaveCalculates end of service entitlements and any other dues after the employee has cleared all exit proceduresBalances the payroll accounts, reviews and resolves payroll discrepancies and submits final report to the finance team as requiredGenerates regular payroll reports through the system for review and maintains records and filing system for payroll in a confidential mannerPeople Management:Develops talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goalsDrives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit/ Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvementEducational Qualifications and CertifcatesBachelor's Degree in HR/Finance.ExperienceA minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experienceExternal InteractionsSAP/SF consultants#J-18808-Ljbffr
