About the role: we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the best talent for our team. You'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to meet our company's long-term goals. Responsibilities: Help build diverse and qualified teams Work on staffing needs with a focus on long-term strategies Develop sourcing plans, like employer branding, to attract applicants Create and manage smooth hiring processes for a great candidate experience Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and criteria Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Assess and shortlist candidates based on their CVs and portfolios Attend job fairs and events to build a candidate pool Keep records of all recruitment materials and share them with stakeholders Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition Local fashion retail experience is mandatory Experience in full-cycle recruiting and interview techniques Strong skills in social media, CV databases, and professional networks Good documentation skills and knowledge of industry trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Join us and help shape the future of our team!
