IT General Manager - Retail | Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous ITGeneral Manager for a prominent and leading retail company in Saudi Arabia, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.Work location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey AccountabilitiesDefine and execute the IT strategy aligned with retail growth and expansion.Lead IT transformation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.Oversee POS systems implementation, support, and performance across all branches.Ensure stable, secure IT operations and user support nationwide.Manage IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity standards.Lead Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM) implementation, integration, and optimization.Ensure seamless integration between POS, Dynamics, e-commerce, and core systems.Oversee e-commerce platforms, website, and mobile application performance.Manage development teams and drive digital innovation initiatives.Own IT governance, budget, compliance, and vendor management.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role.Strong retail industry experience, preferably within large, multi-branch retail operations.Proven hands-on experience with: Point of Sale (POS) systems in large retail environments, Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM), IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user support, and E-commerce platforms (website and mobile applications).Demonstrated experience leading IT transformation and development initiatives.Experience managing distributed IT teams and third-party vendors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
