<div><p>As a vital member of our team, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle within the Suplymental Manpwer Project's in our Company. This is an ideal position for a hands‑on recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, regulated industry and is eager to grow alongside a market‑leading compnay.</p><h3>Accountabilities</h3><p>In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of technical and non‑technical functions to support global expansion. Your mission involves:</p><ul><li>Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR teams to define specific hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through active sourcing, professional networking, employee referrals, and strategic employer branding activities.</li><li>Managing the full candidate journey, from conducting initial screenings and interviews to assessing cultural and technical fit and handling offer negotiations.</li><li>Utilizing recruitment data and metrics, such as time‑to‑hire and funnel conversion rates, to continuously monitor and optimize the efficiency of the hiring process.</li><li>Ensuring an exceptional and consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint of the recruitment funnel.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor degree in HR, Business administration</li><li>3 to 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably within Oil and Gas, or similar regulated environments.</li><li>Proven expertise in managing structured hiring processes for both specialized senior roles and high‑volume operational teams like Risk, Compliance, or Customer Support.</li><li>Advanced sourcing capabilities, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and proactive candidate outreach.</li><li>Experience recruiting across international markets (Saudi, Europe, UK, or Asia) and comfort working within internal team.</li><li>Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to manage candidate relationships with professionalism and clarity.</li><li>Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar platforms.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, essential for collaborating in a global business context.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
