Each concept is a testament to our commitment to innovative experiences,</p><h3>Role Summary</h3><p>Lead and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across retail or F&B operations. Support business expansion, store openings, and workforce planning while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.</li><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment (from requisition to onboarding).</li><li>Lead mass hiring for operational roles and recruit for managerial positions.</li><li>Oversee workforce planning and recruitment budgeting.</li><li>Monitor and improve KPIs (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire).</li><li>Lead and develop the recruitment team.</li><li>Build employer branding initiatives and external partnerships.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.</li><li>Optimize recruitment processes and ATS utilization.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>8+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in Retail or F&B.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management experience.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience with high-volume recruitment and ATS platforms.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
