You will collaborate closely with the VIP family to understand their preferences and deliver personalized garments that reflect their style and requirements.This position offers a rare chance to work in a luxurious environment, with the opportunity to showcase your tailoring expertise while managing a talented team.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the daily operations of the tailoring workshop, including staff scheduling and workflow management.Oversee the production of high-quality garments and ensure adherence to the family's specifications.Collaborate with the VIP family to understand specific needs and preferences for their wardrobe.Develop a skilled team of tailors through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.Maintain an organized inventory of fabrics, tools, and supplies required for tailoring projects.Implement efficient processes and best practices to enhance productivity and craftsmanship.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the workshop.RequirementsProven experience as a tailor, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a bespoke tailoring environment.Exceptional technical skills in garment construction, alteration, and customization.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in high‑stakes environments.Ability to understand and fulfill the specific needs of a VIP clientele.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality standards.Proficient in fabric types and tailoring techniques.Must abide by high standards of discretion and confidentiality.BenefitsSalary: AED 13,000, plus 300 Telephone allowance.Other BenefitsMedical insurance (single status)One annual flight ticket30 days annual vacationLaundry services providedMeals available onsite#J-18808-Ljbffr
