<div><p>Date: 22 Oct 2025</p><p>Company: Air Arabia Academy</p><p>Location: Sharjah, AE</p><p>Country: AE</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver cadet training in accordance with approved operations and training manuals.</li><li>Conduct flight simulation sessions, including briefings and debriefings.</li><li>Monitor cadet progress, provide feedback, and recommend additional training when needed.</li><li>Maintain training records, reports, and confidentiality.</li><li>Ensure that the Airbus and Air Arabia procedures are implemented as required within the training programs.</li><li>Stay updated on aviation regulations, CRM, and human factors.</li><li>Maintain valid licenses and certifications.</li><li>Promote safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Hold or have held an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with Airbus A320 Type Rating.</li><li>Minimum of 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft.</li><li>Have completed a proficiency check on A320 FFS within the 12 months preceding the application.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Requirements</h3><ul><li>Ability to work flexible hours.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Enthusiastic motivator.</li><li>Hold or have held an ICAO ELP Level 5 or above.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
