<div><p>Embed environmental sustainability, resource efficiency, and enterprise resilience into group strategy execution by driving measurable improvements in cost efficiency, operational continuity, environmental performance, and long-term value protection across subsidiaries.</p><p>This role is<b>value-driven and operations-linked</b>, not a PR, reporting, or compliance function. It ensures environmental and resilience priorities translate into<b>financial impact, efficiency gains, and risk reduction</b>.</p><h3>1. Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>A) Environmental Sustainability&Resource Efficiency</h3><ul><li>Identify and lead initiatives reducing<b>energy, water, emissions, waste, and material losses</b>across subsidiaries.</li><li>Develop business cases for environmental and sustainability initiatives with measurable ROI and payback.</li><li>Support implementation of resource efficiency programs in operations and supply chain.</li><li>Track environmental performance indicators linked to cost, productivity, and efficiency.</li><li>Support alignment with environmental targets where applicable.</li></ul><h3>B) Sustainability as Value Creation</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain a portfolio of sustainability initiatives linked to cost savings and value protection.</li><li>Identify opportunities in utilities optimization, waste reduction, and circular initiatives.</li><li>Support integration of sustainability into capital investment decisions.</li><li>Coordinate cross-entity initiatives for efficiency and environmental improvement.</li><li>Review major capital projects and investment proposals to assess energy use, resource efficiency, environmental impact, and lifecycle cost implications, and provide recommendations to improve long-term cost performance and resilience.</li></ul><h3>C) Resilience&Continuity Enablement</h3><ul><li>Support group-level resilience priorities (supply disruption readiness, critical risk mitigation, operational continuity).</li><li>Coordinate resilience planning across subsidiaries.</li><li>Track resilience readiness indicators and elevate material risks.</li><li>Support integration of resilience into transformation programs and investment decisions.</li></ul><h3>2. Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Systems thinking</li><li>Risk-based decision making</li><li>Cross-functional influence</li><li>Practical implementation focus</li></ul><h3>3. Skills&Tools</h3><ul><li>Utilities and resource efficiency analysis</li><li>Environmental performance metrics</li><li>Business continuity frameworks</li><li>KPI and dashboard design</li><li>Financial justification of initiatives</li><li>Excel&Power BI preferred</li></ul><h3>4. Experience&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>7–12 years in sustainability, environmental efficiency, utilities optimization, operational excellence, or resilience roles</li><li>Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments strongly preferred</li><li>Engineering or environmental discipline preferred</li></ul><h3>Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)</h3><ul><li>ISO 14001 exposure</li><li>ISO 22301 / BCM exposure</li><li>Sustainability or carbon management exposure</li></ul><h3>Explicit Exclusions :</h3><p>This role does<b>NOT</b>own:</p><ul><li>HSE operations</li><li>Regulatory compliance</li><li>External ESG reporting (unless assigned)</li><li>CSR/PR programs</li></ul><p>Those remain with Operations/HSE/Compliance.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
