As an Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects from initial sketches through to the completion of construction. If you are passionate about architecture and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply and make a significant impact at Rawafid.ResponsibilitiesReview of Technical Documents: Reviewing shop drawings, technical specifications, and required project documentationSupervision of Execution: Monitoring and guiding site workers to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with drawings and specificationsResource Management: Identifying and providing the materials and tools required for the project and ensuring their efficient useCoordination with Other Teams: Collaborating with engineers from all disciplines to ensure integration and coordination of engineering worksQuality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of workmanship and materials used in accordance with standards and technical specificationsProblem Solving: Addressing technical and site issues that may arise during execution quickly and effectivelyChange Management: Implementing necessary modifications to designs based on site conditions and project requirementsPeriodic Inspection: Conducting regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with the project schedule, quality standards, and general and specific project specifications, and preparing periodic reports for managementSafety Compliance: Implementing occupational health and safety procedures on site to ensure the safety of all workersInnovation and Sustainability: Adopting the latest technologies and sustainable design practices that contribute to reducing environmental impactRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureMinimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project managementProficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirementsExperience in sustainable and green building practices is a plusExceptional creativity and design skills with a strong portfolio of previous worksExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaborationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailStrong organizational and time management abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
