Support technician

Specific responsibilities include the following:IT Technical Support for Client End users. (External and external Client departmentlocations).Support to Client users on OS, MS Office, and other application and software.Installation all kind of application on pcs, ( Support and Troubleshooting).Repair the Devices, formatting and troubleshooting.Helping and give the information to users how solving the problem of printers,internet, language, and more. If they face again same problem they can solving himself.Skills&Requirements:Required candidate experience and skills/capabilities include:3-year Experience in IT Support Technician.Technical writing skills.Spoken language Arabic and English.a good memory of how software and operating systems work.
