Network infrastructure manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Manager – Network Infrastructure to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of large-scale, secure, and highly available network environments supporting critical ICT operations. The role requires strong strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and proven experience managing complex network infrastructure programs within large enterprise or public-sector environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute strategic plans for enterprise network infrastructure aligned with business objectives.Design high-level network architectures, standards, and governance frameworks.Oversee large-scale network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget.Manage SLAs, vendor contracts, and service providers to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and network resilience initiatives.Evaluate emerging technologies (cloud networking, SD-WAN, virtualization) to enhance network capabilities.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of network engineers and technical staff.Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of network infrastructure experience, with 7+ years in a leadership role.Strong experience managing enterprise-scale network environments and infrastructure projects.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) – MandatoryPMP or equivalent certification – PreferredTechnical SkillsAdvanced routing and switching (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP).MPLS technologies (L2/L3 VPN, VPLS, MPLS-TE, FRR).Network virtualization and SDN (ACI, NSX, SD-WAN, SD-Access).VPN technologies (IPSec, DMVPN, GRE).Enterprise wireless networking (802.11, controllers, RF management).Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid environments.BenefitsCompetitive Salary + Benefits Package
