OverviewJob Title: Supply ManagerAs a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and distribution of goods and materials for our company in Jabal-Ali, UAE. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting the demands of our customers while also managing costs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costsSource and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for goods and servicesMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materialsAnalyze market trends and make recommendations for adjustments in procurement strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan accordinglyMaintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including contracts, invoices, and delivery schedulesIdentify potential risks in the supply chain process and develop contingency plansMonitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards are metRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fieldProven experience as a Supply Manager or similar roleExcellent negotiation skillsStrong analytical abilitiesFamiliarity with supply chain management softwareAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
