Inventory Manager-FMCG

Manage and monitor inventory levels to meet production and sales demandsOversee daily inventory operations including receiving storing issuing and stock transfersImplement and maintain inventory control systems and processesConduct regular cycle counts stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracyMinimize stock variances expiries losses and damagesAnalyze inventory data to forecast demand and support procurement planningCoordinate with warehouse procurement sales and supply chain teamsMaintain compliance with safety and quality standardsGenerate inventory reports and KPIs for management reviewLead and train inventory staff to ensure process adherence and accuracyRequirementsBachelor s degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field5 years of experience in inventory management (FMCG experience preferred)Strong knowledge of inventory software (e.g. ERP systems WMS)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail with strong organizational abilitiesAbility to lead a team and communicate across departmentsProficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
