Job Description

We are looking for a highly proactive Supply Chain professional to support business operations during a critical phase, focusing on crisis management, logistics optimization, and procurement activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring continuity of supply, improving efficiency, and stabilizing operations across multiple regions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Crisis ManagementSupport leadership in managing supply chain disruptions and implementing alternative supply strategiesCoordinate shipment activities, including rerouting and tracking, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standardsDrive stock optimization initiatives, including consolidation of warehousing operationsAssist in product allocation during crisis scenarios and monitor daily KPIs related to delivery performance and costEnsure clear communication and coordination across stakeholders during high-pressure situationsProcurement & Category Support (Logistics & Warehousing)Support procurement activities across logistics and warehousing categoriesContribute to sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsAssist in end-to-end tender processes, including supplier coordination, bid evaluation, and contract supportParticipate in supplier negotiations and contract preparation under guidanceMaintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliersPerformance & ComplianceEnsure timely availability of goods and services in line with operational needsMonitor KPIs, budgets, and cost targets to drive performance improvementsAdhere to company policies related to compliance, ethics, and regulatory standardsFollow all health, safety, security, environment, and quality (HSSEQ) requirementsReport risks, incidents, and compliance issues promptlyStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal teams across multiple regions and functionsEngage with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operationsSupport cross-functional coordination to maintain continuity of supplyCandidate ProfileExperience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurementStrong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and supplier managementExposure to tendering, contract support, or sourcing activitiesAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, especially during disruptionsStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsKey SkillsSupply Chain OperationsLogistics & WarehousingProcurement & TenderingCrisis / Disruption ManagementKPI & Performance TrackingSupplier & Stakeholder ManagementCost Optimization & Process ImprovementCompliance & HSSEQ Awareness#J-18808-Ljbffr
