<div><h3>Your Tasks</h3><p><b>DISTRIBUTOR OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT</b><br/><b>Strategic Distributor Partnership</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary operational contact and relationship owner for KSA's distributors</li><li>Build and maintain strong senior and operational relationships within distributor organizations</li><li>Conduct weekly operational reviews and monthly business reviews covering performance, financials, and strategic initiatives</li></ul><p><b>Operational Performance&SLA Management</b></p><ul><li>Monitor and enforce compliance with all contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for distributor operations</li><li>Track and optimize key distributor metrics: OTIF delivery, order fill rates, inventory accuracy, waste and cycle times</li><li>Ensure distributors maintain optimal inventory levels as per contractual agreement, balancing service levels with working capital efficiency</li></ul><p><b>Commercial&Cost Management Support</b></p><ul><li>Support negotiations on distributor commercial terms, logistics fees, and supply chain allowances</li><li>Track and optimize distributor cost structures including warehousing, transportation, and handling charges</li></ul><p><b>Traditional Trade Execution (Distributor-Led Sales)</b></p><ul><li>Ensure distributors maintain adequate stock availability across their sales territories</li><li>Monitor distributor sales execution, route coverage, and market penetration in traditional trade channels</li></ul><p><b>DIRECT RETAIL CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT</b><br/><b>Key Account Relationship Management</b></p><ul><li>Own and manage supply chain relationships with KSA's top 5 modern retail customers</li><li>Serve as primary supply chain contact and escalation point for major retail accounts</li></ul><p><b>Direct Retail Order Fulfillment via Distributor (as LSP)</b></p><ul><li>Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment for direct retail customers from order receipt through delivery</li><li>Monitor the "Distributor-as-LSP" model where distributors provide logistics services for company-owned stock sold directly to retailers</li><li>Ensure clear segregation and proper handling of direct retail stock (company-owned) versus distributor-owned inventory</li></ul><p><b>INTEGRATED OPERATIONS&COORDINATION</b><br/><b>Stock in Transit&Supply Visibility</b></p><ul><li>Maintain real-time visibility of inbound shipments from Europe and Dubai destined for KSA market</li><li>Track "stock in transit" and coordinate with logistics teams on arrival schedules</li><li>Manage KSA customs clearance coordination and documentation requirements</li></ul><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Demand Planning team on forecast accuracy, promotional planning, and new product launches</li><li>Support Customer Service team with issue resolution for KSA market</li></ul><p><b>Data Management, Analytics&Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Maintain comprehensive dashboards tracking distributor and retail customer performance</li><li>Conduct monthly performance analysis identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities</li></ul><h3>Your Profile</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, Logistics, or related field</li><li>Minimum 6-8 years of progressive supply chain experience in FMCG or consumer goods industries</li><li>At least 4 years of experience in the KSA market with deep understanding of both traditional trade and modern retail dynamics</li><li>Proven track record managing distributor relationships and driving operational performance</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing direct relationships with major retail customers</li><li>Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, inventory control, and order fulfillment</li><li>Experience working in dual-channel distribution models (distributor-led and direct retail)</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, and ERP systems</li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken) – Arabic preferred</li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Professional certifications in supply chain management (APICS CPIM, CSCP, CSCMP, or equivalent)</li><li>Experience working with multinational FMCG companies operating in the Middle East</li><li>Previous experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise ERP systems</li><li>Deep knowledge of major KSA retailers' supply chain requirements and systems (EDI, portal systems)</li><li>Understanding of KSA customs regulations, SFDA requirements, and local compliance standards</li><li>Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies</li><li>Track record of successful cost optimization and process improvement initiatives</li></ul><br/><p>At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
