The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling, operating, and leveraging data from leading software solutions to drive:End-to-end Route Optimization & Dynamic Re-routingTerritory & Network Mapping & DesignRoute Merging, Consolidation, and Load PlanningReal-time Delivery & Sales Force Tracking and SchedulingLogistics Cost Analysis and Performance ManagementRequired proficiency with one of the top-rated and widely adopted platforms in the Saudi Arabian market, with a strong preference for expertise in:SHIPSY(for comprehensive supply chain orchestration, intelligent route planning, last-mile delivery tracking, and carrier management).And or any Other Professional /Specialized Program relatedDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales operations strategy in alignment with the company’s growth plans.Lead strategic planning for RTM models, route structure, and sales coverage to enhance market penetration.Analyse and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.Support commercial leadership with accurate forecasting, territory planning, and market analysis.Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, marketing, and IT to align strategic priorities.Lead initiatives for digital transformation in sales operations, including CRM and analytics tools.Drive standardization of policies and procedures across regions to ensure consistency and compliance.Evaluate sales structure and team capabilities and recommend development or restructuring initiatives.Operational Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor the daily execution of sales operations, ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction.Oversee the distribution network, including route design, delivery efficiency, and fleet utilization.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data, KPIs, and route performance.Lead and support execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and territory rollouts.Implement and maintain sales tools, dashboards, and reporting systems (e.g., CRM, BI platforms).Ensure proper allocation of sales territories and route assignments to maximize efficiency.Resolve operational issues quickly to avoid service disruptions or customer dissatisfaction.Lead the onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of route supervisors and sales support staff.Monitor inventory levels in distribution points to ensure product availability and reduce losses.SkillsStrong knowledge of route optimization, supply chain systems, and last-mile delivery tools (preferably SHIPSY or similar).Proficiency in CRM, BI tools, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.Solid analytical skills with experience in forecasting, cost optimization, and performance tracking.Deep understanding of sales operations, distribution management, and RTM strategies.Ability to optimize routes, territories, and fleet utilization.Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.Preferably familiar with FMCG and Saudi market logistics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
