Supply Chain Executive - Automotive OEM Division

Role OverviewThe SCM Executive (Junior) supports daily supply chain operations including procurement coordination, material planning, inventory control, logistics follow-ups, and ERP documentation. The role ensures timely material availability, accurate records, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams to avoid production disruptions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in raising PRs and POs and supporting RFQsFollow up with suppliers on order confirmations and deliveriesSupport material planning and track daily shortagesMonitor inventory levels and assist in stock countsCoordinate inbound logistics and shipment tracking (ASN)Update ERP and Excel trackers and maintain SCM reportsCoordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, and Engineering teamsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field24 years experience in SCM / logistics / procurementBasic knowledge of ERP, MRP, inventory and logistics processesStrong communication, coordination and attention to detailAutomotive or manufacturing exposure is an advantageBenefitsCompetitive SalaryStandard Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
