Responsibilities include managing and scheduling team members, monitoring adherence to company policies, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, promoting workplace efficiency, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Supervisor will also prepare reports, assist with employee training, and maintain a professional and productive work environment.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving</li><li>Good understanding of financial services, exchange operations, and customer service processes</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are a plus)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including basic accounting systems, MS Office applications, and reporting tools</li><li>Prior experience in financial services or a related field is preferred</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is required</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
