Overseeing routine production activities, troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on a production floor and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace.Key Accountability AreasSkills, Training & Guidance.Excellent organizational skills to plan production schedules and ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.strong communication skills to actively listen to stakeholders and clearly verbalize ideas and action plans.Strong analytical skills to determine problems within the production process and take appropriate action.Good time-management skills to minimize downtime and ensure a team works efficiently.The ability to cope with pressure and make sound decisions quickly.Informing a production team of preferred occupational health and safety practices.Coordination with Production TeamClosely coordinate with the Production Team and ensure that production flows according to schedules.Together with Production Team, determine bottlenecks and find solutions to address issues.Ensure to Check production output according to specifications.Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.Achievement Report AnalysesPrepare Shift productivity and quality achievement report with Breakdown in comparison with the pre-determined budget.Analyze actual productivity against the target.
