Supervisor - Civil

As a Civil Supervisor you\'ll be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil works by supervising labour teams on scheduling, resource management and compliance to standards, and providing status reports for assigned Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) projects.Your ResponsibilitiesSupervise all works completed onsite to ensure required quality and productivityMonitor completion goals for subcontractors and delivery dates for materialsSupervise and lead foremen, lead men, skilled labor, and work crew assigned to the projectDaily site visits to monitor and track daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actualMonitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpowerLiaise with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to achieve productive outcomes for the projectProvide reports on works completedCoordinate tasks and ensure adherence to quality, health & safety, and environmental standards, company policies, and conformance to contract standards and specificationsYour QualificationsBachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 7 years’ experience in construction project managementAdditional technical qualification/certification/license would be an advantageBilingual fluency in Arabic and EnglishYour ProficienciesAble to work with hands-on approach coupled with excellent communication and people skillsAbility to make informed decisions and resolve issues with minimal supervisionAbility to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials)Committed to complying with various codes and regulatory standards for quality and safetyAbility to deliver on commitmentsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office#J-18808-Ljbffr
