The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and furniture projects.Analyze project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.Assist in tendering, budgeting, and value engineering processes.Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control throughout execution.Requirements:Minimum 6 years of experience in the UAE in fit-out and furniture estimation.Strong knowledge of materials, pricing, and market trends in the UAE.Proficiency in estimation software and Excel.Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
