KSA) cluster; the role will report to the GCC (excl. KSA) Operations Lead. You will be required to work across the cluster to ensure exceptional service delivery throughout the employee lifecycle. The role will also require you to work closely and partner with the key stakeholders across the Service Lines; you will also be required to collaborate with other Talent functions to ensure consistency of user experience client satisfaction timeliness and responsiveness of service quality of service efficiency of delivery etc.Your key responsibilitiesIn this role you will support the HR Operations Lead on some of the below activities and lead on other areas:Provide Insights for the Talent Consultants and Talent Development - this would be via the HR Ops LeadWork with HR Enablement Leader and Performance Improvement Lead to improve efficiencies within Regional Talent Team this would be via the HR Ops LeadLiaison with Managed Services/HRAct as an escalation point for Managed ServicesPartner with the business to provide HR expertise and insights in areas of focusManage all HR Matters according to its specialty escalating to HR Operations Lead as needed for higher risk/ sensitive casesProvide guidance and management of involuntary separations including probation terminations and employee performance dismissals advising on exit packages and legal implicationsWork with counsellors in handling of all performance management cases and probations up to and including dismissalsProvide coaching and guidance to build counsellor capability in performance management and talent developmentGovern and manage disciplinary PIP and grievance investigations and related policies procedures scripts and documentation through the ERCMS toolManage employee grievances claims and disciplinary matters delivering well-informed recommendations based on thorough investigations and its findings in compliance with EY policies and local regulations.Advise of any local legal update to the HR Operations LeadProvide legal updates to the business and Talent teamSupport Employee Relation casesDeliver Induction and WTEY for new joinersSkills and attributes for successEnabling strong relationships with key stakeholders across the cluster from the Service Lines Talent and other functions to ensure exceptional service deliveryPro-actively suggesting process improvementsEmployee Relations experienceGood understanding of riskKnowledge of HR systems is preferredExperience in metrics reporting and analysis preferredExperience with Shared ServicesTo qualify for the role you must haveMinimum of 4-5 years experience of working in HR operations within a professional services firm or a complex organizationSound knowledge of HR policies processes and talent management practices within professional services or other industry preferredDisplay expertise and knowledge of contemporary HR and organizational development practices and a sound understanding of the SL businessesStrong project management skills ideally gained within an international/cross-border contextAn HR generalist profile as well as legal or ER expertise would be beneficialExposure to the management of PIPs grievances and disciplinariesProven ability to influence at senior levels in the organizationExposure to the management of PIPs grievances and disciplinariesA bachelors degree in human resources or a related disciplineExperience in working within MENA regionExperience of working cross borderExperience of working with Shared ServicesExperience working within large scale projectsFluent in EnglishExcellent communicator; English both written and verbalAbility to challengeNegotiation skillsHighly competent in the use of Excel Word and PowerPointIdeally youll also haveA passion to pursue your CIPD in the future or already have this qualificationStrong communication skills and the ability to articulate process and procedures clearlyAn enthusiastic can do approach and be a strong team playerWhat we look forWe are interested in professionals who is wishing to pursue a career in HR to gain valuable skills providing administrative support to the wider team.
