Your missions include:</p><h3>Client Engagement</h3><ul><li>Warmly welcome local and international customers entering the store, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.</li><li>Be customer‑centric! Provide personalized service by understanding each customer's needs, preferences and style.</li><li>Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, fostering long‑term loyalty through storytelling by providing a rich narrative behind each collection. Track customer preferences and past purchases to provide personalized recommendations.</li></ul><h3>Showcase of Collections</h3><ul><li>Present Givenchy’s audacious collections with passion, sharing the brand’s history and unique design elements.</li><li>Guide clients through our range of products, highlighting the distinctive elements of each item.</li><li>Assist in creating captivating displays, ensuring a visually compelling in‑store environment.</li></ul><h3>Embrace a Results‑Oriented Culture</h3><ul><li>Actively work to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.</li><li>Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding the specific needs of clients.</li></ul><h3>Enhancing the Brand</h3><ul><li>Embody the brand image by adhering to the specific dressing and behaviour standards of luxury.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining the upscale atmosphere of the boutique.</li><li>Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury and fashion industry.</li></ul><h3>Team Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Work closely with the team (including Stock team!) to ensure consistency in customer service and product presentation.</li></ul><h3>Profile</h3><ul><li>Previous Experience: 2/3 years experience on a similar position, within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer‑centric environment.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to empathize with customers.</li><li>Language Proficiency: Local language/English language skills.</li><li>Passion: Genuine passion for fashion and a deep understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.</li><li>Commitment to Givenchy’s brand identity. You want to be an ambassador of an audacious Maison. You are passionate about fashion and the client experience.
