As we continue to grow, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our journey of success.Location: Riyadh – Project basedType: Full-timeThe Sales Designer is a front‑facing design consultant responsible for transforming client requirements into executable design concepts that drive sales conversion.This role blends design consultation, spatial planning, and commercial awareness to enhance customer experience, increase average ticket size, and strengthen Abyat’s brand credibility.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation & Design DevelopmentReceive and manage design briefs from walk‑in or referred clientsConduct detailed requirement gathering (space, budget, lifestyle, preferences)Develop initial layout concepts and space planning solutionsRecommend materials, finishes, furniture, and complementary productsPresent concepts confidently and professionally.Drive design proposals toward commercial closureUpsell relevant products and design upgradesFollow up with clients to secure approvalsAchieve individual and team sales targetsIncrease average transaction valueContribution & Technical AlignmentTransfer approved concepts to Draftsman Designer for technical drawingsEnsure drawings reflect original design intentCoordinate revisions between client and technical teamSupport Senior Designer in complex or VIP projectsCustomer Experience & Brand RepresentationMaintain high presentation standardsRepresent Abyat as a trusted design partnerBuild long‑term client relationships and referralsQualifications:Proven sales closing experienceStrong communication and persuasion skillsBasic proficiency in SketchUp / AutoCADGood understanding of materials, fabrics, finishesStrong aesthetic sense and spatial awarenessBachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureApply now and take the first step towards an exciting career with ABYAT!#J-18808-Ljbffr
