<p>Types of contacts associated with the position:</p><p><strong>Context:</strong></p><ul><li>The position is an important link between the users and suppliers for key goods and services requirements.</li><li>Requires very high commitment to ensure supply of goods and services as it involves activities which directly impact the affiliate operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Internal:</strong></p><ul><li>Interaction with MD, VP’s, Managers&Supervisors from other departments in UAE&Qatar&KAZ + Global Procurement Office in Paris + Other TE Affiliates Worldwide and BCP teams supply chain</li></ul><p><strong>External:</strong></p><ul><li>External Interactions with suppliers .</li></ul><p>Framework for the position's reflections</p><ul><li>Implement instructions by optimizing processes</li><li>Strict implementation of instructions</li></ul><p>Nature of the position's interactions</p><ul><li>:The position requires precise communication skills</li><li>The position requires the ability to influence and convince</li><li>The position requires negotiation skills</li></ul><p>Position's operations</p><ul><li>Operations in UAE + Qatar + KAZ; highly competitive markets<br></li></ul><p>SUPPLY CHAIN CRISIS MANAGEMENT</p><ul><li>Support VP-Aftersales in crisis organization and determine new supply scheme including follow-up of shipments and set up of new route including all the HSSEQ standards’s application.</li><li>Support VP-Aftersales in Kazakstan to reduce the current stock quantities and reduce storage to 1 location</li><li>Launch tender with VP-Aftersales and Logistic director in KAZ for new warehousing and logistic provider</li><li>Support VP-Aftersales in crisis allocation of products and set up daily KPI on product’s delivery, costs, …</li></ul><p>CATEGORY LEAD (PROCUREMENT)</p><ul><li>Support procurement activities for TEMME&TEMQ across assigned categories: Logistics and Warehousing.</li><li>Support the Procurement Manager in implementation of purchasing and sourcing strategies and contribute inputs to category and sourcing initiatives.</li><li>Support the analysis and review of purchasing data to help identify opportunities for cost optimization, synergies, and process improvements.</li><li>Assist in the end ‑ to ‑ end tender process, including bid preparation, coordination with stakeholders, evaluation support, and documentation, up to contractual finalization.</li><li>Participate in tender processes, negotiations, tender committees, and contract preparation activities as required, under supervision.</li><li>Provide operational support to stakeholders in supplier management activities following contract award.</li><li>Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with internal customers and suppliers, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up.</li><li>Act in accordance with the organization’s standards on business ethics, compliance, HSSEQ, and sustainability, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all activities.</li></ul><p>PURPOSES</p><ul><li>Ensure that purchases are made within the budgeted value per the purchasing plan, in accordance with the purchasing procedures.</li><li>Ensure the timely availability of goods and services to the end users.</li><li>Respect deadlines and financial targets.</li><li>Adapt the supply chain crisis mode with clear KPI and streamline communication</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance Objectives:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, encompassing economic sanctions and export control program, anti-corruption and fraud policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct in all professional activities.</li><li>Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent to any instances of noncompliance or breaches of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention. Any other compliance risks identified during day-to-day activities should also be reported immediately.</li></ul><p><strong>HSSEQ Objectives</strong></p><ul><li>Strictly comply with TEMME HSSEQ policies, procedures, and applicable regulations at all times.</li><li>Participate in HSSEQ training, promote HSSEQ awareness, and support knowledge sharing when required.</li><li>Promptly report incidents, near misses, hazards, and injuries in line with HSSEQ requirements.</li><li>Participate in safety tours, incident investigations, and follow ‑ up actions as required.</li><li>Adhere to vehicle management and sustainability requirements, with the authority to stop unsafe operations.</li><li>Demonstrate exemplary professionalism, vigilance, and commitment to HSSEQ in all activities</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum Master degree, preferably from the following disciplines: Business Economics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical skills</strong></p><ul><li>Preferred - Experienced in the use of ERP systems&MS Suite (SAP, Ariba, Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI).</li><li>Re
