Strategic Initiative Manager (UAE National) - Libraries and Exhibitions

<div><p>We are looking for a<b>Strategic Initiative Manager (UAE National)</b>for a Government Affiliated Entity based in the UAE.</p><p><b>Salary –</b>DOE</p><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>MBA or Master’s degree in Strategy, Public Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years’ experience in strategic management, corporate development, or management consulting.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-level transformation initiatives.</li><li>Experience in financial modelling, business case development, and investment appraisal.</li><li>Strong experience in stakeholder management at executive level.</li><li>Prosci Change Management, PMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Strategic Planning&Business Case Development</h3><ul><li>Conduct market, sector, and environmental analysis to identify strategic opportunities.</li><li>Develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, and investment proposals to secure executive approval and funding.</li><li>Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and long-term strategy.</li><li>Design and implement change management roadmaps to support organizational transformation.</li><li>Build and manage stakeholder coalitions across multiple departments and leadership levels.</li><li>Lead the adoption of new processes, systems, and programs to ensure sustainable impact.</li><li>Manage and curate the portfolio of strategic projects within the organization.</li><li>Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and resource allocation.</li><li>Ensure all projects meet defined objectives, timelines, and ROI targets.</li><li>Facilitate senior leadership meetings and steering committee sessions.</li><li>Prepare clear, decision-ready materials to support governance and strategic alignment.</li><li>Guide informed and timely decision-making on key strategic initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Performance Measurement&Analytics</h3><ul><li>Define KPIs for each strategic initiative.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards to track progress and performance.</li><li>Monitor outcomes and recommend course corrections to optimize results and accountability.</li></ul><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are seeking a<b>Strategic Initiative Manager</b><b>(UAE National)</b>who will lead the organization’s most critical strategic transformations by shaping business strategies, developing rigorous business cases, and driving enterprise-wide change initiatives that deliver sustainable growth and long-term value. Working closely with senior leadership, the role combines strategic thinking, financial analysis, and change leadership to ensure key initiatives are effectively designed, governed, and implemented across the organization.
