ABOUT THE ROLEHeres what youll be doing:Create and cultivate deep business relationships with the biggest producers creators venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.Expertly manage contract negotiations with large partners ensuring sustainable economics and long lasting value for both partiesUtilizing strong organizational skills to effectively balance and grow a large base of clientsCollaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to successfully deliver on partner growth across UAE and internationallyKeep up to date with everything cool thats happening in the entertainment; think of yourself as the expert for new and trending experiencesABOUT YOUHeres what you should bring to the table:At least 3 years of top tier consulting or equivalent experience with additional 5 years of experience in relevant sectors (e.g. corporate management tech companies sport / music / arts)Strong desire to bring on new businesses as well as grow and manage an existing book of businessSelfstarter mentality with an ability to work in a demanding dynamic startup environmentDemonstrated datadriven approach to business and task prioritizationExcellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong attention to detailComfort in working with Microsoft Office Google docs and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM is preferred)Knowledge of the UAEs entertainment events and lifestyle trendsExperience in media/ad sales a plus but not requiredFluency in Arabic will be a plusBENEFITSAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.Have a real impact on the companys growth and evolution.Great work environment with a fun international team of talented people to work with.40 Discount on all events on FeverRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Business Development,Sales Experience,B2B Sales,Marketing,Cold Calling,Account Management,Territory Management,Salesforce,Affiliate Marketing,CRM Software,negotiation,Lead Generation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
