We are currently seeking a skilled individual to manage workshop store operations at Lexus Ras Al Khaimah. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the receipt, issue, and storage of materials, consumables, and tools, as well as providing administrative support to the Workshop Manager.What you will doProcure workshop consumables, tools, equipment, and manuals based on instructions from management.Receive and inspect all indented materials to ensure quality and quantity.Ensure timely return of all issued materials and maintain accurate records.Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager, including attendance record management and inventory audits.Maintain high standards of safety in the storage area.Monitor waste stock and organize disposal as necessary.Required skills to be successfulStock Management experience for 2 yearsExcellent MS Office skills, Excel in particular; SAP added advantageVery good English communication and negotiation skillsAbout the teamThe role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians in a daily basis.What equips you for the roleAn ideal candidate will have a Trade related Certificate or Diploma in Automotive and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Storekeeper in an automotive workshop.
