You will promote the brand’s culture and values in its daily environment as well as a talent hunter, peoplemanageranda skillsdeveloper.Job responsibilitiesYOUR IMPACT:Business and client developerMonitorthe store performance and always remain aware of market trends.Take responsibility of the P&L.Identifyareas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goals.Establisha client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives.Translate the store’sobjectivesinto concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets.Be the link between the head office and the store.Brand ambassador and promoterBe the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote CELINE.Ensure the best level of client experience.Handle delicate customer situations if needed.Process ownerEnsure that all the processes are compliant with the legal,regulatoryand internal requirements.Being responsible of the Stock.Being responsible of the Store planning.Guarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the store.Detect new talents in your daily environment and recruit them.Manage the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit.Regularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their position.ProfileKEYS FOR SUCCESSEDUCATION :Business School, University or “equivalent experience”EXPERIENCE:Experience in luxury/fashion business requiredCOMPETENCIES:Strong business sense and ability to drive resultsProduct and fashion sensitivityProven ability to manage large teams, strong leadershipHigh sensitivity to client experience and loyaltyOrganizational skills, sense of priorities and agilityTalent for coaching and developing a teamExceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented, highly organizedExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to interact with all levels of the organizationFlexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysLANGUAGES: Fluency in German and English is a must.
