The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, validation of technical documents, and customer support during pre-sales and project execution stages.Key Accountability AreasProposal Development and CostingReview customer RFQs and technical specifications to determine design requirements.Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs by analyzing drawings, materials, and labor requirements.Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and compliance with customer needs.Technical Review and DocumentationDevelop and review technical documentation, including design calculations, schematics, and proposals.Validate the accuracy and feasibility of design solutions before submission.Ensure proposals meet all quality standards and project requirements.Customer SupportCommunicate with clients and consultants for technical clarifications during the proposal stage.Provide technical support during negotiations to secure approvals and project acceptance.Project CoordinationCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to align proposal requirements with operational capabilities.Support modifications and variations during project execution by preparing revised designs or cost estimates.Continuous ImprovementRecommend improvements in proposal templates, costing methodologies, and design workflows.Keep updated with new technologies and industry trends to enhance proposal competitiveness.Role AccountabilityHR ProficiencyAbility to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.DeliveryPerform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-SolvingSolve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.QualityEnsure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process ImprovementsCoordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.ComplianceComply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and EnvironmentEnsure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.Academic QualificationBachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant fieldWork Experience10-15 yearsTechnical / Functional CompetenciesOral/Written Communications Negotiating Business Acumen Feasibility/Cost/Benefits Analysis Cost/Time Estimating#J-18808-Ljbffr
