Sr. Sales Associate - Logistics

Job PurposeThe primary function of this role is to generate new business leads and support the growth of logistics sales by promoting company services to potential customers. The role involves identifying prospects, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market researchApproach potential customers and promote the company's logistics services (Air Freight)Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsSupport the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targetsMaintain a pipeline of prospective customers for future business opportunitiesCoordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth service executionSecondary ResponsibilitiesMaintain customer records and sales activities in CRMPrepare sales reports and update lead status regularlySupport quotation preparation and follow-up with customersAssist in cross-selling and up-selling logistics servicesMaintain regular follow-up with clients for business conversionStay updated on market trends and competitor activitiesSkills RequiredBasic knowledge of Air Freight / Logistics salesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to generate leads and convert prospectsGood negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to work in a target-driven environmentBasic CRM knowledge (lead tracking and reporting)QualificationGraduation in any stream (Business/Logistics preferred)ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding salesExperience in lead generation and client acquisition is mandatoryProven ability to meet sales targets will be an added advantageGood to HaveUAE market exposure (preferred)Existing client contacts/leads in logistics industryKnowledge of Air Freight processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
