Sales Manager Freight Forwarding

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager Freight Forwarding to lead and grow our logistics business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in air sea and land freight excellent client handling skills and the ability to manage end-to-end sales and operations coordination.This role requires someone who can independently take ownership of business development key accounts pricing and overall growth in a competitive freight forwarding market.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDrive new business development in freight forwarding (Air Sea & Land)Manage and grow key client accounts and long‑term customer relationshipsCoordinate with operations documentation and customer service teams for smooth shipmentsNegotiate rates with clients carriers and overseas agentsPrepare sales forecasts pipelines and performance reportsBuild and manage strong relationships with overseas agents and partnersOversee day‑to‑day sales activities and ensure revenue targets are achievedRepresent the company at client meetings and industry eventsREQUIREMENTS58 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales.Strong knowledge of Air Freight Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) and Land TransportationExisting client base and strong industry network in the UAE (preferred)Ability to handle sales operations independently from lead generation to closureExcellent communication negotiation and relationship‑management skillsResults‑driven mindset with strong commercial acumenPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience handling key accounts and large‑volume shipmentsKnowledge of local regulations customs processes and logistics compliance in the UAELeadership experience or capability to build and manage a sales teamIf anyone is interested please share your CV to#J-18808-Ljbffr
