This is a PMC role and there will be multiple Supervision Consultants and EPCs appointed directly by the Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all planning and scheduling requirements on the largescale power and water transmission projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves strategic planning resource management and collaboration with various stakeholders to meet project objectives timelines and budget constraints.Job ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the planning scheduling and programming of the overall Project to ensure completion on or before the programmed due date.Responsible to prepare a Master Programme that shows all aspects of the Project required to be managed from Design procurement approvals and construction through to completion testing and commissioning handover and completion of all contractual obligations under the respective contracts/agreements including the Defects Liability Period.Responsible for ensuring that all Contracted Parties prepare the various programmes required of them including but not limited to Design Programme Procurement Programme Submittal Programme Construction Programme 4 week and 2 week Lookahead Programme Recovery/Mitigation Programme and the like and shall thoroughly review those programmes for incorporation into and compliance with the Project Master Programme following the EMPLOYER guidelines & specifications.Shall prepare and distribute Progress Reports weekly and monthly or as required by the Client that shall compare actual progress with scheduled progress for the overall project.Manage all Contracted Parties for adherence to the current approved programmes forecast any potential delays advise on means of recovery/mitigation measures and make recommendations for Extensions of Time claims or penalties in the case of delays in accordance with the requirements of the relevant contracts for the Clients consideration.Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients supervision consultants contractors vendors and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and compliance with project specifications and regulations.Oversee the development and implementation of project plans schedules and budgets.Provide leadership and direction to project teams fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the project plan.Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and the client detailing progress challenges and solutions commercial status risks etc.Ensure effective risk management strategies are in place to mitigate potential project risks and issues.Guide and mentor project team members promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.Foster strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to maintain project support and mitigate any concerns.QualificationsBachelors degree in related field.10 years of experience in projects specifically in large power and water distribution programmes.Proven experience in a similar role on programmes with a similar scope.Technical SkillsIndepth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management.Soft SkillsExceptional leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.A proactive approach to risk management and conflict resolution.Required ExperienceSenior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
