Sr. Manager - Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager – Engineering to lead our engineering function, safeguard the integrity of our infrastructure, and drive strategic technical initiatives that support our long‑term business growth.About the RoleAs the Senior Manager – Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of all installed assets across our operations. This includes leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, implementing best‑in‑class engineering standards, conducting feasibility studies for future expansions, and partnering with leadership to ensure alignment with our organizational vision.This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role ideal for an engineering professional with strong technical acumen, business insight, and the ability to lead diverse teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of engineering strategies, annual business plans, and performance targets.Ensure infrastructure integrity across mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering disciplines.Develop and maintain engineering specifications, SOPs, and guidelines aligned with international standards.Provide expert technical analysis, validate engineering inputs, and prepare feasibility studies for future projects.Oversee the engineering budget and ensure all projects meet timelines, cost targets, and quality requirements.Lead and mentor engineering teams to build strong capability and drive high performance.Develop KPIs and tools for performance measurement and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and corporate governance requirements.Collaborate cross‑functionally and represent the engineering function with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringGovernment accreditation of the degreeSaudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membershipExperience:7–12 years of engineering experience in the FMCG industryMinimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role#J-18808-Ljbffr
