Sr. IT Program Manager – ERP & Complex Transformation

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Master’s degree is preferred.15+ years of experience delivering ERP and complex enterprise IT transformation programs.Proven leadership of at least one full ERP lifecycle implementation or major re-platforming, from initiation to stabilization.Strong experience in governance-heavy, multi-stakeholder environments with significant commercial and delivery complexity.Demonstrated experience managing system integrators and large vendor ecosystems.Preferred / AdvantageEngine MRO / Aviation MRO experience (maintenance planning, rotables, shop floor execution, quality, compliance, supply chain).Experience with CMRO platforms and ERP–CMRO integrations.Exposure to cloud-based ERP (SaaS), cloud infrastructure (OCI, Azure, AWS), data platforms, BI/reporting, and automation.Experience in regulated or audit-intensive environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
