Our Patient Experience Team serves as the welcoming face for all patients and visitors, ensuring a supportive and positive first impression.Role Overview:The Sports Medicine Doctor will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing sports-related injuries and conditions, with the aim of maximizing the physical performance and recovery of athletes and active individuals. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the specialist will develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize patient‑centered care and promote long‑term musculoskeletal health.Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding clinical care using a variety of assessment techniques and treatment modalities, integrating therapies as appropriate.Uphold and enhance the DISC brand by adhering to departmental protocols, requirements, and standard operating procedures.Maintain complete compliance with DISC and Health Authority standards relevant to the clinic.Foster a positive patient experience through clear, compassionate communication during consultations and treatments.Meet monthly revenue generation KPIs.Ensure all licensing requirements are fulfilled promptly and accurately, including formalities for licensing under the DISC facility.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine specializing in Sports Medicine.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sports Medicine Doctor in a clinic or outpatient environment.Strong knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating physical dysfunctions and sports injuries.Experience with infection control protocols.Familiarity with Ministry of Health/Dubai Health Authority regulations, according to the clinic's location.If you are enthusiastic about advancing musculoskeletal health and thrive in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment, we encourage you to apply.
