Specialist Workplace - Interior Design & Compliance

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist in Workplace Interior Design & Compliance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our workplace environments meet high standards of design, functionality, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Your expertise in interior design, coupled with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design compliance and enhancement projects across all offices.Align existing offices with approved space plans and workplace standards.Participate in delivery of all active offices.Enforce standardized workplace design across all new developments.Address inconsistent design across a rapidly expanding portfolio.Rework and cost escalation on new offices.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on workplace design.Experience in corporate workplace design and fit-out projectsStrong understanding of space standards and compliance#J-18808-Ljbffr
