Senior Experience Designer (6 Month Project)

Müller’s Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer for a 6-month project to lead the design of exceptional user experiences across our digital products. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive design expertise and user-centered approach to create innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.As a Senior Experience Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with both user needs and business goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and creating detailed design specifications.This project offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our user experience strategy and contribute to the overall vision of Müller’s Solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead user research activities to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.Define user flows, create wireframes, and produce high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.Collaborate with product teams to establish design specifications and ensure alignment with technical constraints.Facilitate design thinking workshops and user testing sessions to refine design concepts.Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices.Mentor junior design team members and foster a collaborative design culture.Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies to influence our design strategies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or related roles, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and outcomes.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web interfaces.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.Preferred qualificationsExperience leading design projects and mentoring designers.Proven track record of conducting successful user research and usability testing.Knowledge of accessibility standards and applying them in design.Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.3+ years of experience in senior design roles is preferred.Soft SkillsStrong visual design abilities with a focus on creating empathetic user experiences.A collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering teamwork and creativity.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
