Job Description
A leading diversified investment group in Qatar is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across multiple business units.The role is responsible for ensuring that the organization's reward frameworks remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives, while supporting HR leadership in reward analytics, benchmarking, and policy implementation.The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, HR analytics, and SAP HR systems, preferably within large or multi-entity organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Salary ManagementSupport the design and administration of compensation structures, salary grades, and job evaluation frameworks.Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.Assist in the annual salary review, promotion, and bonus cycles.Review salary proposals and provide analytical insights to HR leadership.Benefits AdministrationManage and administer employee benefits programs including:Medical insuranceAnnual leave ticketsAllowances and incentive programsLiaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure efficient benefits administration.Ensure benefits programs comply with local labor laws and company policies.HR Analytics & ReportingAnalyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and provide insights.Prepare reports and dashboards on reward metrics for HR leadership and management.Support compensation budgeting and forecasting processes.SAP & HR SystemsMaintain and manage compensation and benefits data within SAP HR / SuccessFactors.Ensure accuracy and integrity of Total Rewards information in HR systems.Generate reports and analytics from SAP to support reward decision-making.Policy & ComplianceSupport the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits policies.Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and internal HR governance frameworks.Assist in internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.Stakeholder SupportProvide support and guidance to HR Business Partners and line managers on compensation-related matters.Assist with salary offers, internal movements, and reward-related approvals.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Total Rewards function.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or WorldatWork are an advantage.Experience58 years of experience in HR, with at least 34 years focused on Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.Experience within large organizations or diversified groups preferred.Exposure to GCC compensation frameworks and labor regulations is desirable.Hands-on experience with SAP HR / SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.Key Skills & CompetenciesCompensation and benefits administrationSalary benchmarking and job evaluationHR analytics and reportingStrong knowledge of SAP HR / SuccessFactorsAdvanced Excel and data analysis skillsPolicy development and compliance awarenessStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingStakeholder management and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
