Specialist II, Business Intelligence

<div><p>Responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of advanced BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using leading BI platforms to drive data-informed business decisions. The BI Specialist will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to extract, integrate, and transform data from enterprise applications—including Oracle Fusion (SaaS&PaaS), Primavera, Aconex, Unifier, and other systems—into actionable insights.</p><p>The role emphasizes creating high-quality, user‑centric visualizations following best practices in UI/UX design, while applying expertise in data warehousing, data lakes, and semantic modeling. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Fabric Data Lake and the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDWH) is critical to delivering robust, scalable, and performance‑optimized BI solutions and dashboards</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and other popular BI tools.</li><li>Translate complex datasets from Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems into clear, actionable visualizations.</li><li>Implement interactive visual elements and drill‑through/report navigation for enhanced user experience.</li><li><b>Data Integration&Modeling</b></li><li>Work with data engineers to integrate data from Oracle Fusion (SAAS&PAAS), SharePoint, and other sources.</li><li>Design logical and physical data models optimized for BI reporting and analytics.</li><li>Implement data validation, transformations, and aggregation to ensure accurate reporting.</li><li><b>UI/UX&Reporting Standards</b></li><li>Apply best practices in UI/UX design to deliver intuitive, user‑centric dashboards.</li><li>Ensure consistent color schemes, chart types, layouts, and labeling across dashboards.</li><li>Conduct user training and feedback sessions to continuously improve reporting quality.</li><li><b>Data Quality&Governance</b></li><li>Collaborate with Data Governance and Data Stewards to ensure data accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Implement checks for data quality, completeness, and lineage tracking.</li><li>Maintain documentation and metadata for dashboards and datasets.</li><li>Partner with business users to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.</li><li>Support issue resolution, performance tuning, and enhance reporting capabilities.</li><li>Participate in sprint planning and provide accurate time estimates for BI tasks.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
