Your Day to DayWe love creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, and we’re looking for anSous Chef – Arabic Cuisinewho shares that passion. If you enjoy preparing authentic Arabic cuisine, leading a kitchen team, and maintaining high culinary standards, this could be the perfect role for you.In this position, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly, support the team during service, and ensure every dish leaving the kitchen reflects quality and consistency.What You’ll DoSupport the Head Chef in guiding and motivating the kitchen team.Prepare and oversee authentic Arabic dishes, ensuring great taste, quality, and presentation.Make sure all ingredients and stations are ready before service begins.Work closely with the service team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.Help manage the daily kitchen operations, especially during busy service periods.Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices.Ensure proper food storage, temperature control, and cleanliness in the kitchen.Assist with menu ideas, especially for Arabic specialties and seasonal dishes.Support inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.Help train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain consistent standards.What We’re Looking ForA diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality, or similar hands‑on experience in a Luxury hotel or restaurant kitchen.Experience ideally with a focus on Arabic cuisine.Good knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking methods and ingredients.Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.Experience with basic stock control and kitchen organization.Good communication in English, and Arabic is a strong advantage.A team player who enjoys leading by example and supporting others.Organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about great food.What you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
