<div><h3>About the Role</h3><p>As part of Nokia's CNS Global Sales&Customer Operations (GSCO), you will contribute directly to advancing cloud‑native software, automation, analytics, and mission‑critical communication solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and enterprises.</p><h3>Key Focus Areas</h3><ul><li>Deep domain expertise in RAN / Core / Autonomous Networks / Mission Critical Enterprise</li><li>Consultative solution selling</li><li>Pipeline creation and deal shaping</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct detailed customer discovery sessions to understand business drivers, operational pain points, KPIs, and transformation objectives; engage at a CTO/ Senior Technical level to shape strategy and roadmap and translate customer challenges into actionable opportunities for the sales team.</li><li>Design end‑to‑end solution architectures spanning Cloud Core (5G/4G), automation frameworks, AI/ML‑based analytics, Radio/Private Wireless, and mission‑critical communications.</li><li>Build and mature pipeline aligned to MI Segment priorities and account plans; support forecasting discipline and opportunity progression through GSCO governance, contribute to top‑deal shaping and deal acceleration, and develop solution narratives, proposals, and technical architectures.</li><li>Position Nokia as a domain leader through insights, use cases, and innovation discussion; support go‑to‑market campaigns, domain‑specific initiatives, and contribute to customer workshops, demos, and strategic engagements.</li><li>Collaborate with GSCO regional unit teams to support governance, forecasting, pipeline development, and high‑quality opportunity execution.</li></ul><h3>Key Success Parameters</h3><ul><li>Order Intake (OI), Revenue, Sales Margin (SM%)</li><li>Pipeline growth, win rate, deal velocity</li><li>Forecast accuracy&pipeline hygiene</li><li>Executive engagement intensity</li><li>Deal quality (costing, TCO, margins)</li><li>Resource productivity&pre‑sales efficiency</li><li>Adoption of AI/automation in solutions</li></ul><h3>Key Skills&Experience</h3><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of the Radio and Services Technologies in the Middle East and Africa region; able to understand the technology transformation and use cases required to innovate and disrupt.</li><li>Capability to translate products and service offerings into compelling techno‑commercial value propositions, addressing end‑customer business challenges by applying industry understanding and business acumen.</li><li>At least 10 years of experience in a consultative, solution‑oriented selling or business development role.</li><li>Ideally, a background in technology, management consultancy, or direct industry expertise.</li><li>A proven track record of driving significant business growth and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.</li><li>Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating cross‑functional teams.</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence C‑level executives.</li><li>Ability to hunt, steer and close relationships at a C‑level across assigned customers and territories.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A data‑driven mindset, experienced in making strategic decisions based on analytics and performance reporting.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel for customer engagements and industry events as required.</li></ul><h3>About Nokia</h3><p>Advancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.</p><p>Nokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era.
