About the job Software operation managerResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement operational strategies that align with thecompany/customer objectives and drive efficient software project delivery.Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increaseefficiency and effectiveness in software development and deployment.Manage and mentor operations staff, fostering a collaborativeenvironment that encourages innovation and high performance.Manage and monitor different levels of support and operation includingmulti-layer operation escalation within/outside the operation team.Develop and control the operational budget to ensure it aligns withbusiness strategies and financial goals.Manage Operation and support teams in terms of allocation, utilization, and time consumption including the reporting to company/customer management.Managing and monitoring helpdesk and/or issue tracking systems, andgenerating performance tracking reports.Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies tominimize impact on the organization.Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders,ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of operational issues.Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate theeffectiveness of operational processes and implement improvements as needed.Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short andlong-term needs.Creating timelines for the development and deployment of alltechnological services.Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technologicalrequirements.Oversee project management frameworks and tools to ensure softwareprojects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.Following up on all technical assignments and ensuring that all projectsgoing on the right track.Improving the operational systems, processes, and policies in supportof the organization's mission and specifically, supporting better managementreporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning.RequirementsBachelor's degree inComputer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven 10 - 15 years in softwaredevelopment or a related tech field.Demonstrated leadership inmanaging large-scale and nationwide software projects.Advanced problem-solvingskills and the ability to manage complex project requirements.Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills to lead diverse teams.High proficiency inbudgeting, planning, and resource allocation.Proven ability to managecomplex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.In-depth knowledge of websystems architecture, design and development#J-18808-Ljbffr
