Software Engineer - .NET

We’re hiring an experienced Software Engineer – .NET to join a banking technology team in Dubai. You’ll build, enhance, and support enterprise-grade applications used in financial systems — where performance, security, and scalability aren’t “nice to have”… they’re the whole job.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications for banking platformsBuild and enhance web applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASPXDevelop and integrate REST and SOAP APIsManage application hosting on IIS (App Pools, HTTP modules/handlers)Write optimized SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data access layersCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environmentParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and production supportMandatory Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable)5–7 years of hands‑on experience in .NET developmentStrong Banking or Financial Services domain experienceExcellent knowledge of C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET FrameworkSolid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principlesExperience with LINQ and ADO.NETStrong SQL Server querying + performance tuning skillsHands‑on experience with IIS hosting and deploymentGood to Have (Bonus points, not blockers)SSRSJavaScript / jQueryExposure to .NET CoreFamiliarity with Visual Studio / VS CodeBasic knowledge of Azure CloudExperience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder managementSharp analytical + problem-solving abilityWorks well independently and in team-based Agile setups#J-18808-Ljbffr
