Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:Develop implement and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter etc.)Plan and execute paid social media campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generationCreate and manage a monthly content calendar aligning with marketing objectivesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytellingAnalyze campaign performance track key metrics and optimize for better ROIEngage with online communities respond to comments/messages and foster audience interactionStay updated with the latest social media trends tools and best practicesCoordinate with design and content teams; ability to independently create visuals and short videos is a strong plusRequirements:Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management and paid campaign executionStrong understanding of key social platforms and ad managers (Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.)Demonstrated success in driving both brand visibility and lead generationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms is preferredGraphic design and video editing skills are highly desirableAbility to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
