We are a growing company where people are the most valuable asset.Job OverviewAs the Performance Marketing Specialist youll own and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads drive conversions and improve customer acquisition. Youll be responsible for developing executing and analysing paid campaigns that directly contribute to our growth objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and the ability to scale campaigns in a competitive market.What You’ll Be DoingPlan, execute and optimise LinkedIn Ads and Google Search campaigns with laser precisionSet up tracking (UTM, Google Analytics, HubSpot) to ensure every click, lead and conversion is measuredBuild and refine customer outreach funnels using outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly or LemlistCollaborate on landing page CRO A/B testing and retargeting strategyLaunch and iterate on rapid growth experiments (viral loops, mini-campaigns, PLG tactics)Own performance marketing metrics and present actionable insights regularlyWork cross-functionally with product, sales and content teams to align on goalQualifications5-6 years in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintechDeep hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and performance tracking toolsExperience with CRO tools and landing page builders (e.g. Unbounce, Webflow, Instapage)Agile self‑starter mindset – comfortable moving fast and adapting strategies on the goBonus: Experience in fintech payments or startup environmentsWhy Join UsHigh autonomy and ownership of your marketing performanceOpportunity to make a measurable impact from day on#J-18808-Ljbffr
